Whether you’re exploring by motorcycle, convertible, mountain bike, or by boat on the crystal-clear waters of Fontana Lake, High Rocks ensures you're never far from your next adventure.
Main Floor: Open, Spacious Living with Stunning Mountain Views
The main floor of High Rocks features an expansive great room with vaulted ceilings, offering a welcoming space to relax and unwind. Two sliding glass doors open to the large deck, where you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. The deck wraps around to a private section, featuring a hot tub, a flagstone fire pit, and a peaceful overlook of a forested ravine—perfect for evenings under the stars. Firewood and kindling are provided for your convenience, and a Weber gas grill is available for outdoor cooking (with propane and a spare tank included).
Inside, the great room is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, an HD TV with Roku functionality for streaming popular services such as HBO, Netflix, Showtime, and Amazon Video, plus a Blu-ray player. A Bluetooth-equipped sound bar with remote speakers provides excellent surround sound for both TV shows and music, allowing you to enjoy your favorite entertainment or play your own tunes. DSL internet and Wi-Fi are also included, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.
Comfortable Sleeping Accommodations
The main floor features a cozy king bedroom with a TV and Roku device for your entertainment. A full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedroom. Easy Access & Parking
High Rocks is easily accessible with a well-maintained combination of gravel and paved roads leading directly to the cabin. The property is motorcycle-friendly, and experienced riders can enjoy smooth access to the cabin, though guests are encouraged to assess their own riding skill levels for safety. Due to limited space for maneuvering, we advise against bringing motorcycle and boat trailers or RVs to the cabin. A small parking area at the entrance provides convenient trailer parking, with a short walk or drive up the hill to the cabin.
