Lower 40 is a charming property located in the Deep Creek area of Bryson City. Part of a 30-acre estate property, this cabin has a sizable yard with private hot tub, covered porch, fire pit, and plenty of room for family games of frisbee, tag, or just counting fireflies. The property is within a gated estate, but is private from other homes. Also enjoy the on-site hiking trail leading you to our "Peace Valley" pasture. Or, just relax and enjoy the amazing Mountain View from the hot tub. Just minutes from Deep Creek hiking and waterfalls, or from the downtown Bryson City restaurants, shops, and breweries, this is the perfect basecamp whether you come to ride the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, or just to enjoy nature.
There is just one step up to get inside this single-story structure. The great room offers full kitchen and living area including all appliances and a washer/dryer. Outside is a gas grill plus a charcoal park-like grill. Dine under the trees with the protection of the covered porch. There are two bedrooms: one queen bedroom and one with both a twin bunk bed and a queen bed. There is one shared bathroom.
