The newest addition to our "Mountain Modern" collection is this minimalist gem called "The Lookout". It's perched on the side of a west-facing mountain with an incredible long-range, sunset view. Two bedrooms and two baths make it perfect for a couples' getaway or a small family retreat. There's a hot tub and fire pit that share the incredible view for enjoyment of the great outdoors 12 months a year. But it's the modern elegance of the interior that will set this property apart.
Upon entering, you are overwhelmed with the size of the great room. There's a modern kitchen hosting an enormous quartz island with stainless steel appliances, all fully equipped for preparing gourmet meals. The living area features a gas-log fireplace and HDTV, as well as a dining table suitable for six. All of this is below soaring, vaulted ceilings and flanked by huge windows that bring the beauty of nature into your living space.
The bedrooms are separated, one on each end of the home. The king master bedroom has a dedicated, all-modern bathroom, sliding doors out to the main deck, and an HDTV.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, and sliding doors out to the main deck as well. This bedroom uses the shared sleek bathroom just outside the bedroom door, which also has the compact, stackable, washer and dryer. While just 2.5 cubic feet capacity (suitable up to 10 punds of laundry), the washer features an efficient 30-minute 'super speed wash cycle'.
